HOT & COLD-WATER STERILIZER

Hot & Cold-Water Sterilizer is used with pressurized and sterilized hot water followed by rapid cooling with cold water to ensure effective sterilization.

SPECIFICATIONS

• Hot & Cold Sterilizer is consist two reservoirs, one for hot & other for cold sterile water.
• It is made up of S.S. 304/316 with 2mm thickness, argon arc welded with capacity of 38-40 Ltrs.
• The unit is designed to operate on 15 psi – 20 psi pressure and 121 o C temperature.
• The power supply is 12 Kw - 440V 3 phase.
• The reservoir is tested hydraulically double the working pressure of the equipment.
• Each tank of the sterilizer is fitted with 6 Kw heaters with capacity of 38-40 ltrs mounted on rigid tubular pipe stand.
• Each reservoir has self-sterilizing filter, one for water and other for inlet of air (Both reservoirs have separate filters fitted with visual glass filled with glass wool).
• The air filter is packed with S.S. metal wool.
• The water filter is fitted with inspection window of glass for visual inspection of the flow of water with low level cut off with air break contractors with pilot lights.
• Cold sterile water reservoir is fitted with copper cooling coil with flow control valve.
• The sterilizer is equipped with safety valves, pressure gauges, small steam exhaust valve, water level gauge glass tube. temperature gauge, air vents, water inlet & outlet valves.
