HORIZONTAL RECTANGULAR AUTOMATIC AUTOCLAVE WITH HINGED SINGLE/ DOUBLE DOOR

Triple wall along with steam jacket & inner chamber with separate boiler.
Steam generator fitted with a heavy Boiler Plate, immersion heaters, pressure control device & water level glass tube along with a low level water cut-off sensor.
Equipped with safety valves, non return valve, vacuum breaker valve, moisture trap, pressure gauge, compound gauge & temperature gauge/ Digital Temperature Indicator.
An electrical control panel box is equipped with. The electrical components includes: Air break contactor, MCB, YBR indicators, and an on/off switch.

Fully programmable with P.L.C. & touch screen HMI displaying Date, Time, Pressure Temperature & status of the load.
Door: Hinged door with radial locking arms OR Horizontal/ Vertical Sliding door with Air compressor to operate automatically, both provided with safety locking & unlocking device & fitted high temperature resistant silicon gasket.
Rotary Switch feature is available for operating cycle in manual mode.
Automatic system to operate sterilizer with different in-built programme sterilizing cycles depending upon the load.
