HORIZONTAL CYLINDRICAL MANUAL AUTOCLAVE WITH HINGED SINGLE / DOUBLE DOOR

Triple wall along with steam jacket & inner chamber with separate boiler.
Covered with 50mm thick resin bonded glass wool enclosed with a SS outer skin.
Hinged door with radial locking arms provided with safety locking & unlocking device.
Fitted with high temperature resistant silicon gasket.
Steam generator fitted with a heavy Boiler Plate, immersion heaters, pressure control device & water level glass tube along with a low level water cut-off sensor.
Equipped with safety valves, non return valve, vacuum breaker valve, moisture trap, pressure gauge, compound gauge & temperature gauge / digital temperature indicator.
An electrical control panel box is equipped with. The electrical components includes: contactor, MCB, YBR indicators, and an on/off switch.
The entire sterilization process is manually managed from a single point using a "Multiport Valve" located at the top of the unit.
